This website is operated by Chak Essentials. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Chak Essentials. Chak Essentials offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRICING
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and to cancel any orders that may have been affected by such errors.
PAYMENT
Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, and you agree to provide valid payment information. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy allows for returns of eligible items within a specified period. Items must be returned in their original condition, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our detailed return policy for specific instructions.
CURRENCY USED
The nominated currency used for all transactions on Chak Essentials is Australian Dollars (AUD$), which includes a 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax).
PRE-ORDER
Pre-ordered items have the estimated delivery date listed in each corresponding style. If you have any questions regarding the ETA of your item that has been purchased under pre-order, please don't hesitate to contact our staff at hello@chakessentials.com.au
PLEASE NOTE: The entire order of any Pre-Ordered Items purchased with items available will be held until ALL styles are available for dispatch and will be sent together. If you wish to avoid any delays with your items available, you will need to purchase these separately.
All pre-order items are to be paid for at the checkout.
PROCESSING TIMES
Domestic orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped via Australia Post within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email by 5pm AEST on the day that orders are shipped out.
SHIPPING INFORMATION ✈
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery.
Australia Post often processes high volumes of parcels through their network. Thus, please allow up to 5 business days after their quoted delivery date.

If you’re delivery is late or lost, please submit an enquiry with Australia Post here. Please have your tracking number ready.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK and Ireland.
We are more than happy to ship to other countries if your country is not on this list, please contact our customer service team at hello@chakessentials.com.au and they will determine shipping costs for you.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES/CUSTOM CHARGES
Some countries enforce import taxes or customs fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and Chak Essentials does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes/customs charges that may be relevant to you, please contact your local customs office.
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to change your order, you can email hello@chakessentials.com.au. Please provide us with the correct changes and include your order number and name.
Please note that changes can't be made once the parcel leaves Chak Essentials, as it becomes the property of the courier company.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
